We're looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager

This role is Remote

Senior Regional Sales Manager, US Federal Government Healthcare

We are seeking a proven software sales executive to sell our state-of-the-art Talent Management Software Suite to the US Federal Government in Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully sell software solutions to senior-level executives of US Federal Government in Healthcare organizations.

In this role you will...

  • Secure new business leads by cold calling and managing sales resources to drive lead generation
  • Manage your assigned marketplace
  • Build consensus
  • Develop, negotiate and close long-term agreements with accounts in your assigned marketplace
  • Attain or exceed sales quota by identifying customers’ business challenges and aligning Cornerstone products/services to create solutions that deliver significant value
  • Conduct virtual and live presentations about our solutions
  • Coordinate with Marketing to create healthcare-specific marketing strategies and materials
  • Consider privacy and security obligations
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment

You’ve got what it takes if you...

  • Are a hunter, targeting US Federal Government Healthcare new logo business
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Have at least 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, successfully selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level
  • Have 3+ years of successful sales experience in Talent Management and HR software applications within the US Federal Government
  • Are among the top 10% in your field, with a proven sales performance record
  • Have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
  • Have a history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Are aggressive, persistent, persuasive, self-motivated, and productive
  • Possess strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Have excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Can work effectively from a home office and travel at least 30%
  • Have a stable job history and tenure

  • Have experience selling SaaS applications
  • Have solution sales or consulting experience

Total Rewards:

Our transparent total rewards program emphasizes equitable pay, market research, and skill-based appraisal. The base salary range is $106,200 - $169,900 USD. Additional incentives like bonuses, commissions, and benefits are available. Higher base pay may apply in high-cost metro areas like NYC or San Francisco. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and education.
