Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Sr. Application Training Specialist to drive optimal product utilization through end-user training of our healthcare workflows and best practices.

You will liaise between internal teams and external partners, promoting our tools and programs via education initiatives and hands-on sessions. You will develop curriculums, training aids, and reference materials while coordinating schedules, venues, and registrations.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience delivering instruction to groups of people.
  • Strong client focus and relationship-building.
  • Confident presenting to audiences of varying sizes.
  • Ability to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
  • Familiarity with LMS and office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Present and train on business applications using best practices.
  • Support product implementations through training and education.
  • Assess and address training needs; measure effectiveness via surveys.
  • Develop and update training curriculums, aids, videos, and docs.
  • Oversee internal and external education sessions and logistics.
  • Coordinate registrations, scheduling, and training locations.
  • Respond to customer training inquiries via ticketing system.
  • Maintain records of training activities and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance to team members on complex training issues.
  • Travel to CPG locations and Catalyst sites as needed.
