Job summary

The role collaborates with business units to develop system enhancements, leads deployments and integrations, mentors junior engineers, and stays ahead of industry trends, including AI, to improve member services and operations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience in application engineering or related role.
• Experience with enterprise applications, databases, API integration, and vendor management.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and understanding of SDLC.
• Familiarity with scripting, security, automation, and data analysis tools.
