Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Sr Revenue Cycle Management Analyst in Englewood, CO to analyze Accounts Receivable, billing, and revenue adjustments. The role collaborates with executives and field management to research business issues and drive improvements.

The position requires a finance/economics background with 3–5 years of data analysis, strong Excel/Access skills, and familiarity with CPR+ / SQL. Remote schedule is possible; full-time hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics required; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of data analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and Access.
• Working knowledge of CPR+, data mining and/or SQL a plus.
• Strong analytical ability and ability to link financial results to operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze and summarize key Revenue Cycle Management metrics.
• Analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual results for Executive and Field Management.
• Assists in the preparation of studies, reports, analyses and recommendations in areas of Billing and Accounts Receivable.
• Analyzes RCM Billing and AR systems and processes.

Overview

Key supportive responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of Accounts Receivable, Credit Balances, Billing and Revenue Adjustments. This is a highly visible position and will work closely with Executive and Field Management to provide research on business-related issues.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm - Remote

• PMP preferred (a plus)
• Working knowledge of Databricks
• Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Economics required

• Eagerness to learn, take value adding initiatives and build relationships with the operations team
• Ability to communicate and present complex issues in a clear and impactful manner to all levels of management
