Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to collaborate with executives and field management to analyze and summarize key revenue metrics. The role emphasizes data-driven insights to improve Billing and Accounts Receivable processes and related financial outcomes.

You will leverage Excel, Access, and SQL knowledge to support studies and recommendations, with a primary focus on Revenue Cycle Management. Remote work is available, with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Access knowledge.
• CPR+, data mining and/or SQL a plus.
• Strong analytical ability; link financial results to operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze and summarize key Revenue Cycle Management metrics.
• Analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual results for Executive and Field Management.
• Assists in the preparation of studies, reports, analyses and recommendations in areas of Billing and Accounts Receivable.
• Analyzes RCM Billing and AR systems and processes.

Key supportive responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of Accounts Receivable, Credit Balances, Billing and Revenue Adjustments. This is a highly visible position and will work closely with Executive and Field Management to provide research on business-related issues.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm - Remote

PMP preferred (a plus)

Working knowledge of Databricks

Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Economics required

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs including advanced Excel and Access functionality
• Working knowledge of CPR+, data mining and/or SQL a plus
• Strong analytical ability, able to clearly link financial results to operational activities; experience working with revenue and Accounts Receivable
• Eagerness to learn, take value adding initiatives and build relationships with the operations team
• Ability to communicate and present complex issues in a clear and impactful manner to all levels of management
