The Senior Analyst, Procurement Data & Analytics will oversee and provide enterprise-wide procurement data, analytics, and reporting support to DaVita leadership as they develop, execute and monitor key strategies and programs.This role requires advanced critical thinking and thought leadership to provide analytical insights to ensure PRISM goals and objectives are achieved.This includes ownership and accountability for on-going and periodic enterprise and PRISM specific reporting as well as ad hoc analytical projects.
This role requires an innovative mindset that will continually look for ways to automate, adopt advanced technologies and create new metrics and reports that supports an evolving business landscape. The Manager needs to have strong team building skills and possess keen adaptive capabilities to work well with all teammate levels and across numerous departments. This includes proactively and intentionally growing and developing junior teammates on the Data & Analytics team in both a supervisory and mentor capacity.This position will be a key leader in PRISM and must uphold the Core Values of DaVita and comply with DaVita policies and regulations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years Experience
Bachelor's Degree
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS
Reporting & analytics capabilities including ability to produce and oversee complex reports & models, and generate visuals providing insights and recommendations for senior leadership required.
Experience using BI, data visualization and reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, etc.) required.
Process improvement leadership demonstrated required.
Personal and team development leadership demonstrated required.
Project management leadership demonstrated required.
Enterprise ERP data/reporting experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.) required.
MBA or similar in supply chain or procurement related study preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
Professional certification in supply chain or procurement preferred
Professional certification in reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau,...) preferred
TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS
Travel: 20-25% depending on team priorities and projects
Nights/Weekends: Minimal

Salary/ Wage Range
$62,200.00-$91,300.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
