GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Senior Analyst, Procurement Data & Analytics will oversee and provide enterprise-wide procurement data, analytics, and reporting support to DaVita leadership to develop, execute, and monitor key strategies and programs. This role requires advanced critical thinking and thought leadership to provide analytical insights to ensure PRISM goals and objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include ownership of ongoing and periodic enterprise and PRISM-specific reporting, as well as ad hoc analytical projects.
This role demands an innovative mindset to continually seek automation opportunities, adopt advanced technologies, and create new metrics and reports supporting an evolving business landscape. The Manager must possess strong team-building skills and adaptive capabilities to collaborate effectively across departments and levels. This includes mentoring and developing junior team members. The position is a key leader in PRISM, upholding DaVita's Core Values and adhering to company policies and regulations.
Travel: 20-25% depending on team priorities and projects
Nights/Weekends: Minimal
