Your Impact

As an Analyst Process – Sourcing within the Service Enablement Group (SEG) you will strengthen our global procurement capabilities by enhancing sourcing processes, supporting system improvements, and helping standardize supplier engagement practices that drive value, compliance, and efficiency.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

• Analyze sourcing workflows and identify areas for process and system optimization
• Define business requirements and testing criteria for sourcing system changes (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
• Support global sourcing initiatives, policy development, and standardization efforts
• Assist in the design and implementation of tools to enhance supplier selection, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with sourcing teams, category managers, and digital teams to resolve process gaps
• Contribute to standardized reporting and compliance frameworks in sourcing operations
  
  

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier management
• Familiarity with sourcing or procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle)
• Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience with process improvement in sourcing or procurement environments
• Ability to work across geographies and functions in a dynamic, collaborative setting
  
  

Your Work Environment

• The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
• Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
• The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760- 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
