Your impact

As an Analyst Process – Supply Chain - Procurement within the Service Enablement Group (SEG), you will enhance procurement operations by analyzing processes, supporting ERP improvements, and helping standardize sourcing and purchasing practices to drive efficiency and compliance across our global supply chain.

As Part of Our Team, You Will
  • Analyze procurement workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop business requirements and testing criteria for sourcing and procurement systems
  • Collaborate on gap assessments for standardized procurement processes
  • Support ERP implementation and system enhancements
  • Provide input on procurement policy development and compliance practices
  • Assist in creating standardized reporting structures for procurement performance
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or source-to-pay (S2P) processes
  • Familiarity with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments
Your Work Environment
  • The preferred location for candidates isnear our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near ourregional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
  • Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
  • The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $89,760- 117,810. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.


This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
