American Airlines is seeking an Analyst/Sr Analyst for the AAdvantage Program Strategy at the DFW Headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. You will design program strategy, build business cases, and collaborate with Loyalty, Marketing, Finance, IT, and more to drive revenue and member engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of related work experience.
• MBA and loyalty/CRM experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design AAdvantage program strategy to keep it the leading loyalty rewards program.
• Produce strong business cases through data-driven narratives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Loyalty, Customer Service, Revenue Management, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal and more.
• Evaluate program components to optimize revenue, benefits, currency, and engagement opportunities.
• Analyze customer and transaction data to identify strategic opportunities and inform decisions.
