You’ll collaborate across crews and technology teams to optimize schedules and enhance efficiency. The role demands strong analytical skills, experience in crew planning and data analytics, and familiarity with Python/SQL.

Qualifications

• 4 years of analytical experience in crew planning, aviation operations, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline or related field required; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Derive meaningful insights from data to improve crew operations.
• Perform large-scale scenario analyses to evaluate breakage risk and cost tradeoffs.
• Analyze current, past, and future schedules to provide leadership insights.
• Support development and validation of predictive models (breakage risk, behavior forecasting, cost modeling).
• Conduct quality control checks on scenario results for contractual and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with strategy and tech teams to enhance tools and technology.
• Prepare internal reports and presentations communicating outcomes and costs to leadership.
• Work with Crew Scheduling, Crew Planning, Flight, IOC, and other teams to improve operational excellence.
