Position Overview

As a Sr Agile Coach within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide expertise and leadership for multiple teams, senior enterprise leaders, and product development lifecycles. Drive cultural change and lead transformation, challenging conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.
  2. Coach groups of teams, including establishing new teams, and promote best practices.
  3. Collaborate with senior enterprise leadership to enhance process maturity and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  4. Facilitate discussions across various stakeholder levels to identify and escalate complex problems affecting team delivery.
  5. Identify learning and development opportunities related to agile methodologies, principles, and tools; customize and deliver training as needed.

  • Managing Risk: Assess and manage risks aligned with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. A university/college degree is typically required, with higher education or certifications being desirable. Industry experience of 8+ years is common, and specific certifications may be required.
