IntePros Federal is seeking several talented Senior Agile Coaches to support our federal government customer. These coaches will assist with creating a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and support Agile Transformation efforts based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The role involves facilitating communication and collaboration across organizational boundaries, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure best practices are understood and adapted to organizational needs.

Clearance: DoD SECRET clearance or above.

Locations: National Capital Region (NCR). This is a TELEWORK position for residents within NCR, with on-site work as needed, including working EST hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Coaching at various levels (Executive, Portfolio, ART, Team)
• Conducting SAFe training and workshops
• Establishing Communities of Practice
• Performing Agile assessments and ART launches
• Advising on DevOps and Value Stream Management
• Implementing tools like Jira and Confluence

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
• 5+ years in an Agile role
• 6+ years IT project experience

Preferred:

• Master's degree in IT or related field
• 8+ years SAFe Agile experience
• 10+ years IT project experience

Certifications:

Required:

• ICA Agile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)

Plus one or more of the following:

• SAFe Lean Portfolio Management
• SAFe DevOps
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
• SAFe Release Train Engineer

Preferred Certifications:

• Change Management (Kotter or Prosci)
• Jira Administration or Managing Jira Projects
