Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit. Seeking a professional individual to join our team in the position of Senior Administrative Assistant II. This position will work closely with the Division's Lead Administrator to ensure the administrative operations within the division are efficient. Responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to the division's faculty members and research personnel. Includes, calendar management, coordinating travel and expenses, supply orders, assist in preparing presentation(s) including hosting conferences/meetings, serving as the division time editor, and managing faculty clinical schedules. High school graduation or GED and three (3) years related experience. Should be detail-oriented, extremely organized, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, have a background in administration, and operate with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, with customer service focus.
Salary is commensurate with education, skills, and relevant experience.
This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
