Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Sr Administrative Assistant for our Plymouth, MN location.

The annual base salary for this position is $59,100.00-$73,900.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is overtime eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative needs and operations for the training team, including communication, data entry, databases, data analysis, and dashboards.
  • Manage the acquisition of materials and equipment through inventory development and storage including progress tracking with multiple internal groups.
  • Support the preparation, set-up, and clean-up of materials and A/V for classes.
  • Attend and support classes, meetings, and events, as needed (times may vary)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of administrative experience and strong experience in logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written
  • Experienced with a database system
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep detailed records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, including use of Macros, PowerPoint, and Project)
