Job Summary

Utilize general accounting principles to create financial reports and analyses. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of accounting functions, such as controlling accounts and records, recording transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, forecasts, financial statements, reports, and supporting auditing processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Prepare and record journal entries, including GAAP and statutory reporting entries.
• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, consolidated statements, and other financial reports.
• Analyze monthly financial reports and records.
• Maintain transactions in JDE, ensuring journal entries comply with GAAP and reconciling balance sheet accounts to detect posting or coding errors.
• Reconcile bank account balances with bank statements to ensure cash balance accuracy.
• Complete quarterly and annual statutory financial statements accurately and on time, in accordance with statutory accounting principles.
• Ensure control process integrity by recording all accounting transactions properly.
• Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules requested by auditors.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business.

Required Experience

• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred certifications: CPA.

Compensation

Pay Range: $77,969 - $128,519 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
