Onco360 is seeking a Senior Accountant. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology, and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

This is a remote position that may be possible for the right candidate with previous 340B experience.

Starting salary of $75,000 and up

Role Summary

The Senior Accountant must be highly analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions related to the 340B program, analyzing data, identifying issues, and providing recommendations. Responsibilities include recording and reviewing claim level transactions, reconciling large data sets, and ensuring quality control over 340B reporting in Excel.

Major Responsibilities
  • Retrieve claim data from third-party administrators, review for accuracy, and reconcile with internal Excel reports.
  • Calculate and record accounting entries for dispense fee revenue, COGS, inventory receivables, accruals, and payables based on contractual obligations.
  • Consolidate large Excel data sets for analysis, reporting, and reconciliation to the general ledger.
  • Track and update inventory receivable details and create manual aging reports.
  • Verify claim support and calculations, ensuring matching inventory receivables.
  • Analyze variances in claim-level transactions between external reports and internal data.
  • Summarize monthly results and communicate findings to the Accounting Manager.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve internal controls.
  • Support auditors by providing necessary account information.
Qualifications
  • Degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in accounting, month-end close, and data reconciliation.
  • Desired experience with medical/pharmacy claim data and inventory reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with large datasets, detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative, dependable, and excellent communication skills.
