Job summary

One Twenty One FS in Home Health is seeking a Sr Accountant or Accounting Supervisor to own the monthly financial reporting cycle for our home healthcare operations. This hands-on leadership role supervises an offshore production team and ensures clean books across all ledgers with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate brings strong home health or post-acute care accounting experience and can partner with operations and corporate finance to deliver accurate financials on a strict close

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver complete monthly financial packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and supporting schedules) on a strict close calendar.
• Supervise and review the work of an offshore accounting team responsible for day-to-day production of financials and supporting workpapers.
• Perform and/or review account reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts; investigate and clear variances promptly.
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and intercompany activity.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed.
• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards.
• Partner with operations, revenue cycle, and corporate finance on ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
