Our client in the Insurance/Healthcare industry seeks a Sr Accountant to join their Finance Department in Mission Viejo, CA. You will perform complex accounting work, recording and reporting financial transactions with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 4+ years of accounting experience (including leadership or training roles), and strong GAAP knowledge, complemented by excellent communication and spreadsheet skills.

• Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Research and analyze fluctuations between current financial results and prior periods or budgets.
