LeoForce in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Accounting Manager with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance in a growing healthcare environment. The role requires strong full-cycle accounting knowledge, GAAP proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You will prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in journal entries, variance analysis, and audits
• Strong understanding of GAAP and other applicable accounting standards and regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end and quarter-end close process to ensure accurate, timely GAAP-compliant financial results
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements
• Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare month-end accruals and supporting analyses to identify missing or misclassified expenses
• Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate reporting under cash and accrual accounting frameworks
• Audit and tax preparation
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions

Job Details

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Accounting Manager with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
