Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries while keeping the general ledger accurate and up to date.
• Review project expenses and ensure costs are properly capitalized.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement and other departments to gather information for project accounting.
• Track and record capital activity (capital calls, distributions, transfers).
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle monthly sales and use tax reporting.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to project activity.
• Support annual audits by preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditors.
• Partner with tax team to provide documentation for tax filings.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for journal entries, preparing bank reconciliations, month end, and compiling financial reports
