Sr Account Manager-Building Automation Commercial~~Remote

Overview

As an Account Manager for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to sell security, fire, and building management systems (BAS). Your goal is to manage customer engagements to sustain and grow Honeywell’s presence.

Location

This role is based in the Northern California market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic territory and account opportunity plans.
  • Manage a portfolio of $2-5M in customer accounts.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers within assigned regions or verticals.
  • Regularly meet with customer stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand share of wallet and support customer challenges with Honeywell solutions.
  • Anticipate challenges and minimize impact through proactive engagement and feedback collection.
  • Target new migration opportunities, co-develop technology roadmaps, and negotiate deals to close new business.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range is $105,000 - $158,000, depending on experience and other factors. Employees are also eligible for comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 5 years of front-line fire alarm/security experience.
  • Experience selling into casinos, resorts, arenas, theaters, museums, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience selling into premium commercial real estate in sports and entertainment sectors.
  • Technical knowledge of BAS, fire, security systems.
