Role Overview

As an Account Manager for Honeywell Building Solutions, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to sell security, fire, and building management systems (BAS). Your goal is to manage customer engagements to maintain and grow Honeywell’s presence.

Location

Phoenix metro area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  2. Manage a portfolio of $2-5M in customer accounts.
  3. Prospect and win new customers within assigned regions or verticals.
  4. Establish regular meetings with key stakeholders.
  5. Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet and address customer challenges with Honeywell solutions.
  6. Anticipate challenges and proactively address them through customer feedback and regular meetings.
  7. Target new migration and share of wallet opportunities by co-developing technology roadmaps, understanding customer buying processes, and managing proposals and negotiations.

The salary range is $69,500 - $104,000, depending on experience and other factors.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 5 years of front-line sales experience in Building Management Systems/Building Automation.
  • Experience selling into casinos, hotel resorts, sports arenas, theaters, museums, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability to sell into premium commercial real estate in sports and entertainment sectors.
  • Technical knowledge of BAS, fire, and security systems.
