Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

Location: Dallas, TX or Beverly Hills, CA

Job Type: In-Person / Inside Sales

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals within the precious metals industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Accurately forecast and track sales performance against established targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management on market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful experience in a sales role within the precious metals industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure.
  • Uncapped earning potential based on performance. $300k-500k
