Sr Software Engineer - HR/Payroll Systems

MUST BE IN HONOLULU, HAWAII | HYBRID

Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level to Sr Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience to support and enhance critical HR and Payroll technology systems. This role will focus on application development, system integrations, database support, and payroll-related solutions that support key business operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR or payroll technologies, strong SQL skills, and a demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive employee and payroll data with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, and support HR and Payroll applications and related integrations

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements

  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
