Job summary

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial services organization in Honolulu, HI to fill a Business Systems Analyst, Corporate Cards Systems Officer role. Overview

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial services organization seeking a Business Systems Analyst, Corporate Cards Systems Officer to serve as the technical and operational subject matter expert for the Commercial Card program. This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the systems that support commercial card products and services, driving process improvements, supporting product development initiatives, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate combines business systems expertise, technical aptitude, customer support experience, and a strong understanding of commercial card, payments, or financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Technical Support

• Serve as the technical SME and system owner for Commercial Card platforms and related applications.

• Manage implementation, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of department systems.

• Provide technical support for internal teams and corporate card clients.

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors, business partners, and technology teams.

• Develop and maintain training materials and conduct user training sessions.

Reporting, Analytics & Automation

• Create, maintain, and enhance reporting used to monitor portfolio performance, profitability, risk, and compliance.

Product & Project Management

• Gather business requirements and support implementation of product enhancements and system upgrades.

• Define project specifications, timelines, and implementation plans.

• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology functions to move projects from concept through execution.

• Represent the Commercial Card team on enterprise initiatives and strategic projects.

Strategic Initiatives

• Research market trends and industry technology advancements.

• Recommend enhancements to existing products and services.

• Support product development efforts to maintain a competitive and innovative commercial card program.

• Assist with proposals, presentations, and client-facing solution discussions.

Operational Support

• Maintain operational procedures and process documentation.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and vendor requirements.

• Support commercial card account management and client inquiries.

• Assist with supplier enrollment, implementation activities, and cross-functional departmental initiatives.

• Help drive efficiencies and improvements that enhance customer experience and profitability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.

• Experience supporting business-critical applications or enterprise platforms.

• Strong system administration and application support experience.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience creating operational reports and analyzing business data.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
