Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced SQL Developer to support a large-scale data migration project in New York City. You will transform, validate, and prepare data from a legacy SQL database for import into a new enterprise system.

You'll work with business and technical teams to develop SQL views, implement data mapping requirements, and create validation queries while supporting testing and data reconciliation throughout the migration.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of SQL development experience.
• Experience with SQL Server and complex queries.

SQL Developer - Data Migration Project

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to support a large-scale data migration project. The ideal candidate will help transform, validate, and prepare data from a legacy SQL database for import into a new enterprise system.

This role will work closely with business and technical teams to develop SQL views, implement data mapping requirements, create validation queries, and support testing throughout the migration process.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New York City, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
