Job summary

Kforce is seeking a SQL Database Administrator in Boca Raton, FL to join a collaborative technology team supporting mission-critical database environments and business applications. You will manage SQL Server environments, optimize performance, and develop SSIS/SSRS solutions, working closely with developers, QA, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience.
• Strong experience with SQL Server administration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Experience developing and supporting ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, monitor, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Perform database maintenance, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and job scheduling activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in production and non-production environments.
• Develop, support, and maintain SSIS packages and ETL processes.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSRS reports.
• Support cloud-hosted database environments, including Azure-based solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and business users to support application and reporting needs.
• Assist with database migrations, upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
• Participate in on-call support and after-hours deployments as needed.
• Document database processes, configurations, and best practices.
