Job summary

Career Soft Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior SQL Database Administrator to deliver enterprise-wide SQL Server support for production and non-production databases on-site in Little Rock, AR. The candidate must be hands-on with SQL Server 2022+ and Windows Server, capable of implementing security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, applying patches, configuring HA/DR, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SQL Server 2022 (or newer) administration experience.
• Experience installing/upgrading SQL Servers and applying patches/service packs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server Agent, jobs, backups, recovery, and security auditing.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, cost-effective, and secure enterprise-wide SQL database support for production and non-production environments.
• Maintain backups, DR plans, performance tuning, and high-availability configurations.

The SENIOR SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for providing reliable, cost-effective, & secure enterprise-wide support for business-critical production & non-production databases
