Job summary
Milwaukee Tool seeks an entry-level Project Engineer for its SpX Engineering team. You will support planning, design, item structure, work definitions, and execution readiness for Special Execution programs.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align items, materials, costs, timelines, and build requirements before production. The role offers learning opportunities across engineering, operations, channel, supply chain, and external partners, plus an on-site campus environment with
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field required.
- Entry-level to early-career engineering experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support SpX projects from intake through execution readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Packaging Engineering, Channel, Customer Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, and action logs.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks with context and recommended steps.
- Ensure accurate project setup and production readiness.
