DPR Construction is seeking a motivated SPW estimator to support preconstruction deliverables in Denver. You will review drawings, perform basic quantity assessments, and help develop cost studies for SPW activities, collaborating with field leaders and engineers to confirm feasibility.

The role emphasizes early planning, logistics, and constructability evaluations, with access to internal SPW cost databases and estimating tools. Background in construction management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0-2 years in SPW estimating, construction engineering, planning, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, models, and specs to identify SPW scope and conflicts.
• Prepare basic quantity assessments and cost studies from data on materials, labor, and equipment.
• Coordinate with field leaders to validate production rates and SPW performance data.
• Assist in developing SPW constructability inputs, logistics, sequencing, and crew planning.
• Maintain SPW pricing, proposals, and historical data for records.
