Qualifications

• SPW estimating experience across multiple trades.
• 4–6 years of estimating, preconstruction, or cost analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares SPW cost estimates integrating material, labor, equipment and production data.
• Analyzes drawings, models, and specs to validate quantities and risks.
• Collaborates with field leaders, engineers, and project teams to verify rates.
• Coordinates with procurement to evaluate pricing and align bids with assumptions.
• Develops variance analyses and cost studies for value engineering.
• Coordinates with scheduling to align SPW scope with phasing and sequencing.
• Communicates estimate assumptions and risks to stakeholders with contingencies where needed.
