Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Supervisor Transportation and Logistics to oversee daily transportation operations, staffing, and scheduling in a 24/7 environment. You will lead a team, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, compliant services aligned with the Center's mission.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree in logistics or related field (or equivalent experience) and strong communication and leadership skills. CDL/B-DL and regulatory knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or related field; in lieu of AA, 2 additional years of experience accepted.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business; related field acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations, staffing, scheduling, and coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant services.
• Provide leadership for a 24/7 operation and support team performance and customer service excellence.
• Serve as key point of contact for departmental needs and align resources to operational goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe transportation practices across all shifts.
