Job summary

Magna International is seeking a Production Scheduler Lead to drive scheduling and material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will coordinate with customers, production, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of quality parts under JIT requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in scheduling/planning, strong ERP/MRP skills, and a track record of process improvement. The role offers growth opportunities within Magna's Cosma operations and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, material planning, or inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Experience with JIT inventory flow and scheduling systems required

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all production scheduling, customer contact scheduling, and raw material planning activities.
• Act as primary liaison between customer, production, shipping/receiving, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of quality product on a JIT basis.
• Coordinate JIT product shipments against customer releases and purchase orders.
