Job summary

Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge, a Noble House Hotel in Teton Village, WY, is seeking a Spur Restaurant Manager to lead our dining room team on the floor while delivering exceptional guest service. You will train staff, mentor peers, manage wine pairings with the Executive Chef on specials, and handle ordering, cost controls and payroll.

The role rewards hands-on leadership, reliability, and a passion for upscale hotel dining.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on on the dining floor, actively working with the team.
• Provide high-end service training and attention to detail.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance.
• Coordinate wine pairings and collaborate with the Executive Chef on daily specials.
• Oversee administrative tasks: ordering, cost controls, payroll, etc.
• Lead training, coaching, and counseling to support staff development.

The Job

As one of our 3 Spur Restaurant Managers, you are the face and the host of the dining room; the one who warmly welcomes and recognizes guests. This is a hands-on position where you are actively working side by side with your team on the floor, constantly engaged in high-end service training and improving the fine details. Equally, you are a mentor and coach to your team. You are well informed on wines, partner with the Executive Chef on daily specials and let your creative juices flow with wine-pairings, specialty cocktails and exclusive buy-outs. You oversee administrative tasks (ordering, cost controls, payroll etc) and leadership functions (training, coaching and counseling).
