Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop performance reviews and goal setting for the Sprint Team.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to define vendor requirements, test plans and implementation plans.
• Manage multiple initiatives at different stages in the development lifecycle.
• Own the product backlog, organize sprints, and answer questions from developers.
• Develop and execute testing plans to optimize user experiences.
• Identify opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on results.
