Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an entry-level Sprinkler Service Support Technician to assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems. You will learn industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols under direct supervision.

Responsibilities include transporting tools to job sites, using hand tools under supervision, and supporting documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No minimum experience required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Observe and learn proper service and repair techniques.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Perform tasks as directed; does not independently perform jobs.
