Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Mobile, Alabama seeks a Sprinkler Sales professional to estimate fire suppression systems and negotiate contracts with customers on a full-time, on-site basis.

You will coordinate costs for installation, parts, labor, and design, while ensuring safety and compliance with NFPA and state codes. The role offers commission-based pay, car allowance, phone, insurance, paid vacations, and career progression.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contract sales or sprinkler design.
• Proven history of successful sales and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems, including wet and dry sprinkler types.
• Familiarity with state/local codes, NFPA standards, ADA, and AHJ governing project locations.
• Excellent record keeping and documentation for sales and estimating proposals.

Responsibilities

• Estimate fire suppression sprinkler systems, including costs for installation, parts/materials, design time, labor hours and service.
• Maintain proper risk management and safety procedures on all job sites.
