Metro Fire + Security is hiring a Sprinkler Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for non-emergency calls. This full-time role schedules life safety inspections, coordinates with technicians, and ensures timely service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of dispatching experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Fast typing and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch life safety inspections and schedule technicians.
• Coordinate inspection scheduling based on compliance requirements.
• Answer non-emergency calls and document information.
• Follow up on issues by coordinating with technicians and/or departments.
• Reassign work based on workloads and priorities.
• Direct technicians to sites using phone and computer systems.
• Verify dispatched tickets are completed.
• Review inspection reports for accuracy.
