Sprinkler Construction Fitter
Position at Allied Fire Protection.
Responsibilities
Assist foreman with installation, service, and trouble‑shooting of automatic fire sprinkler systems and related equipment.
Assist foreman with installation of fire sprinkler systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Use project drawings to accurately interpret and follow installation requirements and layout as needed.
Thread and groove pipe, cut hanger rods, frequently climb ladders, hang pipe, read blueprints, and keep a clean work area using appropriate equipment such as tools and lifts.
Other duties as assigned.

Maintain and care for equipment—trucks, lifts, tools, etc.
Keep jobsites clean and organized.
Monitor production efficiency, be aware of budget vs actual labor hours, and communicate proactively with the superintendent.
Adhere to company SOPs, including Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
Show timeliness—arrive on time, attend, communicate with supervisor, and handle paperwork.
Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to survey feedback with improvement opportunities.
Maintain quality control to reduce return trips and warranty work.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Communicate effectively and professionally within the department and with internal and external customers.
