Job summary

SpringHill Suites Ashburn Dulles North is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth arrival experience.

As the face of the hotel, you will coordinate with team members, manage reservations, and handle guest requests with a friendly, professional demeanor, contributing to memorable stays and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
