Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited in Springfield, IL offers an Entry-Level Rotation Program in Clean Energy. This full-time, two-year program features three eight-month rotations across Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management, leading to a permanent placement.

You will begin contributing from week one, support live projects in the Midwest, and present progress to senior leadership after each rotation, mentored by seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and learning new tools.
• Clear communication and the ability to work across all parts of a business.
• Adaptability: rotating through three teams and learning curves.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with real deliverables from week one.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits across the Midwest.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor throughout.
• Build cross-functional fluency to accelerate careers in clean energy.
