Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in clean energy and decarbonizing the grid
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets
• Clear communication and ability to work across all parts of a business
• Adaptability to three rotations and new teams
• Authorization to work in the United States
• No prior energy experience required; internships or campus involvement are a plus

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor with immediate ownership from week one
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, and site visits
• Present work to senior leadership after each rotation
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor
• Build cross-functional fluency to accelerate careers in clean energy
