Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business by July 1, 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 — upload your transcript as part of your application.
• Interest in power and energy transformation.
• Experience through internships/projects in renewable energy or power market analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team.
• Willingness to relocate within the US for rotations (Boston, Berkeley, Houston, Austin).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Complete three year-long rotations across development, engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, asset management, and project finance/modelling.
• Gain exposure to power marketing and origination, and power market analysis; build foundation to become future power energy leaders.
