Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite, leading a team during 6:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts. This 20-hour/week, part-time role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Crew leadership — ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and communicate with the customer.
• Facility cleaning — sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture and equipment.
• Inventory — maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — use proper PPE where required.
• Site security — open/lock facilities and manage security systems as needed.
• Additional duties — other duties as assigned.

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you\'ll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You\'ll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer\'s key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.


• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.


• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.


• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.


• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.


• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.

• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule — 2 Positions Available

All shifts run 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday


• Position 2 — Works Friday – Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
