Job summary

ServiceMaster Cleaning Pros is seeking a Location Supervisor for evening shifts at a Houston site. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, lead a crew, and serve as the customer contact.

Two part-time positions available with shifts 6:00 PM–10:00 PM, 20 hours per week. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) options, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Custodial/janitorial experience is a plus, 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with professional janitorial companies, offices, hotels, hospitals or schools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to meet ServiceMaster standards and communicate with the customer.
• Clean facilities: sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture using proper procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow PPE and safety practices.
• Open/close sites and manage security systems as required.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule — 2 Positions Available

All shifts run 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
• Position 2 — Works Friday – Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
