Job summary

ServiceMaster is hiring for part-time evening Location Supervisor roles in Houston. You will oversee daily cleaning operations at the site, lead your crew, and act as the customer’s primary contact during shifts from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Custodial/janitorial experience is a plus (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning operations at the assigned site and serve as the main contact for the customer.
• Supervise crew performance, ensure adherence to ServiceMaster standards and clear communication with the client.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; manage safety and PPE usage.

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you\'ll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You\'ll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer\'s key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.


• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.


• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.


• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.


• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.


• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.


• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.


• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule — 2 Positions Available

All shifts run 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday


• Position 2 — Works Friday – Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
