Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for customers and staff. You will lead the crew by example and serve as the customer's key contact.

Two part-time evening shifts, 20 hours per week, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM, with opportunities for advancement and a benefits package including health insurance and paid training.

Qualifications

• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule — 2 Positions Available

All shifts run 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

• Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
• Position 2 — Works Friday – Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
