ServiceMaster Residential Co is seeking an Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite, leading the crew and serving as the primary customer contact.

You will ensure tasks meet standards, supervise safety protocols, and coordinate with clients to maintain a clean, healthy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial/housekeeping is a plus (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.
• Positive attitude — in uniform, dependable, and on time.
• Respect for co-workers and customers.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Crew leadership: ensure performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear customer communication.
• Clean facilities: sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture using company procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety: use PPE where required.
• Site security: open/lock facilities, manage security systems as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.

Schedule — 2 Schedule Options Available

Shift Times

• Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekly Schedules: 40 hours per week

• Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
• Position 2 — Works Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
