Job summary

You will assist with rosters, announcements, and participant relations while gaining exposure to tournament operations, scorekeeping, and field duties. Expect long hours during events and a professional, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or working towards Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Team player who is willing and able to listen and learn.
• Ability and commitment to work long hours, including weekends, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Event Coordinator with rosters, welcome packets, and paperwork for tournaments and softball spring training.
• Serve as a tournament official, announce games and operate scoreboards, maintain rules knowledge.
• Act as a customer service representative to the coaches and answer questions about tournaments.
• Work with front office to execute tournaments successfully.
• Perform basic grounds duties such as field work and restocking supplies; cleaning duties.
